Shipping & Refund Policy
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.00 and is sent via Australia Post. We aim to fulfil and post your order within 7 days. Delivery times will then vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. If any delays are expected, we will do our best to advise you.
Currently, we only ship Australia-wide. For order requests outside of Australia, please email us at practicemanager@psychclinic.com.au, and we can arrange a special order for you.
Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?
As the Forensic Schema Therapy Cards are a physical product, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been dispatched. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
What if my cards arrive damaged or faulty?
If your cards arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at practicemanager@psychclinic.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

What personal information do you collect when I purchase?
Delivery Details
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address, and optionally your phone number. This information is used solely to process and fulfil your order and to respond to any queries.
Your delivery details are shared with Australia Post or our nominated courier for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment Details
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see, store, or handle your card details at any point. You can read Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/au/privacy.
How long do you keep my order information?
Order records are retained in accordance with Australian taxation and privacy law. For any privacy-related enquiries please refer to our Privacy Policy or contact us at practicemanager@psychclinic.com.au.
